Hazard Mill Farms was started in 1989 by Mike and Katie Hupman, as a turkey farm growing contract birds for Wampler Long Acres. Although my mothers side has been farming the land since 1888 and dates much further back, my mission as owner of the farm has been to create something bigger than just a farm… AG tourism, wildlife management, advocacy to save small farms and hosting fundraising events to help give back to the community, while enjoying the beautiful views of the farm! We’re planning the next stage with grapes and hemp products! We are excited for the future. As of 2020 we are proud to announce, with the help of some of neighbors and VCC that the entire farm was placed in conservation easement to protect the beautiful views of the South Fork of the Shenandoah River and Massanutten Mountain.
As he begins his campaign, Hupman is eager to connect with voters and hear about their concerns and aspirations. He knows that the best way to be an effective Senator is to be in close touch with the people he represents. That’s why he is already out on the campaign trail, meeting voters and speaking with local leaders and organizations.
Hupman’s passion, experience, and commitment to the issues that matter make him an ideal candidate for the Senate. As he runs his campaign, he is sure to gain more supporters and become an even stronger voice for the people of Virginia. With his proven track record of success and dedication to his community, Robert Hupman is poised to make a lasting impact on the political landscape of Virginia.
